Páramo Directional Waterproofs mimic the action of animal fur (like otters, seals and bears) to push liquid water outwards and trap air next to the skin for warmth. Unlike conventional waterproofs they also ensure that the condensation from perspiration does not build up in your clothing system.

The Páramo Directional Fleece has an added dimension:

• Fleeces keep you warm by trapping still air between the fibres. However, if you soak a conventional fleece in water it loses up to 90% of its insulation.
• BUT Páramo Fleeces, like animal fur, have Directional water-repellency, and actively push all moisture away from the body. They offer superior comfort, especially in humid conditions.
• They can be worn alone or with the Páramo Windproof to keep out both wind and rain.
