Delivery:
Normal dispatch time up to 7 days.
Orders are dispatched from available stock on receipt of order. While every effort is made to keep the online stock up to date in store sales made affect the availablity of some items, if your choice of item is not available, you will be informed of expected delivery period and offered the option of withdrawing the order.
Please note we can only ship to mianland UK at this time.
Postage:
- Orders up to £15 = £2.50
- Orders up to £150 = £4.95
- Orders over £150 = Free
Returns:
All good recieved can be returned for a full refund including postal charge within 14days of reciept if the items are faulty, there is a misleading or incorrect description of a product or the wrong item has been dispatched in error.
If the goods are returned for any other reason the carriage will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund given. On carriage free items a £4.95 flat rate will be deducted from the total when issuing the refund.
Exceptions to these terms occur with tents as if the product is faulty where possible we will send a replacement part for the faulty item eg pole section, bedroom compartment etc. on receipt of the faulty item back to CW Tents.
If the tent is merely unsuitable for the customer the tent cannot be returned if it has been pitched and/or shows any signs of being in a used condition. Under health and safety law it is also not possible for us to handle goods which are clearly dirty and the goods in these cases the item/items will be returned to the customer without a refund.
The carriage will be charged at cost for replacement goods to be shipped out if the customer has ordrered the incorrect item e.g size, colour etc.
Refunds will only be made after we have received the goods back in store and if they are in a new/unused condition with all packaging and labels attached. We will only refund goods less any applicable carriage costs to the card or paypal account that purchased the item/items in the first instance. Please note: by law we have upto 30 days to make a refund but endeavour to make this as soon as realistically possible.
